..’surround yourself with those who make your heart feel full, people who can read you through your eyes and feel your energy from across the room

allow yourself to feel their love and reciprocate it back with open arms

remind yourself that you are treasured by those who are true

gently smile to yourself, take a deep breath and continue’ 🌺
